::The place is quite dated (old room furniture), but well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

::The condition is fairly ok for a hotel with this long history. Love their facilities, especially the swimming pools and their private beach. Definitely a great place for a family retreat :) Also love their ideas of having their small events and selling local foods during the Thai new year.

::Nice view, the tower I was in is old, has ordinary furniture. No wifi (60bahts per day extra), no ice machine on floor ( you need to go buy some at mini mart if you want some or have the restaurant deliver and charge you). Beds regular bed dressing minimal and worn out. A friend reserved this for us, probably a lot better deals elsewhere in Pattaya that offer better rooms at a better price by looking through google maps app. The beach is private, there is a beautiful water park (from afar, I have not visited yet) that kids would most certainly enjoy.

::Great place to overnight here, although hotel is quite old, but it has been well-maintained. Love the environment here and they have night market nearby to buy lots of beach wear and etc. Beside the hotel there are beach with beautiful view. Nice breakfast serve in the hotel and the staff here is very friendly. Strongly recommend to stay here.

::This is a very popular resort for Russians, which is not to say good nor bad, it's just a fact. I personally enjoy it because it gives it a twist... Just adding more flavor to the already exotic tropical setting. This hotel is actually five huge buildings and the entire property is a complete economic ecosystem... There is a half-kilometer long row of vendors and shops from the hotel pool out to the main street, and it is amazingly populated with shoppers several times during the day. This hotel is a good bargain because of its location on the beach, its great pools, and excellent breakfast buffet. Yeah sure, the buildings are old and the cheap rooms are dirty, and some staff can be incompetent, but hey, this is not a 5 star hotel and the prices reflect that. If you can handle being away from downtown, this is a great choice.
