  Good hotel with large rooms. Give it 3 stars cause of the hygiene. Could be better. Convenient near subway.

  I must confess i had high expectations for this hotel when i booked 3 days in a Deluxe Room with my wife. Next to the Lumphini park, not far from the subway and a room in the last floor to get a full view of the landscape. We found an overall good hotel, that in the past was sure a high standard hotel, but today seems a little negected. You can see this in the details (old and broken furnitures) and in the cleaning (not always perfect). I also can't find an explanation for the high deposit fee policy of the Hotel, that needs 3 to 4 weeks to be refound by a Bank after the checkout. A refound with the credit card takes seconds. The personnel of the hotel was available and professional, also the lounge bar makes very good cocktails. The pool and gym area could be improved with little effort, but overall was a fine stay.

  Relatively new hotel so amenities were in good working condition. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff conducted themselves professionally but only few could be considered friendly and hospitable.

  Great rooms, views and service. Valet, room service, and club benefits make it an excellent place to stay. Just a few minutes from a lot of attractions as well. Only issue is that the lobby was always packed with loud and rather rude guests. Typically had people smoking right in front of the doors with people trying to get into your taxi before youve got out. That's not necessary the hotels fault, just an observation. A few tweaks to some of the procedures could go a long way in helping keep the lobby experience more enjoyable.

  Beautiful hotel quite close to the shopping centers. It has a good breakfast, amazing views, nice pool on the 9th floor and if you are lucky like us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a suite with skyline view, a jacuzzi and a rotating TV that could be watched either on bed or in the bathroom. Also the room's size is massive, and the bathroom is also super big. This being said, beware, the hotel is at least 30 minutes away from the main sightseeing places, so for sure you will be stuck either taking Grabs, Ubers or taxis. The last ones usually trying to rip you off charging 3 times the normal amount, even when the hotel staff request them to use the taximeter.
