  Nice and very chilled out training camp. The training wasn't as tough as other places I went to, but they really work on your technique, which I really liked. The downside was the sometimes "may pen ray" culture.. Telling you to warm up or stretch for 10 minutes, but not telling you how to. And cancelling lessons without prior notice, causing me to drive 40 mins and back for nothing.

  Nice place with hard training ! If you want to be a muay thai champion this is the place where have to go. Hard training but it's not everything, this communioty it's like big familly.
