  I went to a class that was labelled for all levels however I found it very challenging. There was more focus on doing as many reps as possible in that sequence of postures rather than doing the postures correctly. I am new to Yoga (at that time I had only ever had 4 lessons!) So it kind of put me off going back. I don't believe there were free towels either and I didn't notice a shower (no one showed me one of they did have this facility). Very modern studio, in a nice location with friendly staff.

  Went to a vinyasa yoga class here. It was too difficult for me but the teacher was helpful in trying to correct my poses and gave good advice.

  Attended the Runner's Yoga class. Challenging (for me) in parts but achievable, suitable for all levels, some interesting and useful movement sequences I've not done before and lots of excellent hamstring work for the plantar fascitis inclined. Will go again and would recommend this class.
