::Very bad experience. At first, it is ok, the staff waited for me and arranged well, the star is for her.Then, parking place is small and in bad condition, though I asked before booked. Bath without hot water, they changed a room for me, ok, at least we could have a bath. The worst, someone turned off the power of our room, only our room, we need bear the very hot night in Thailand without air and light. I had to go very early in the morning, so I could not ask for an explain, cuz no one in the counter, no one told me why i got a bad night without the least condition I paid for.
