  ปลาดิบสดใช้ได้แต่หั่นชิ้นเล็กเกินไป รสชาติของโชยุอ่อนเกินไปเทียบกับโชยุkikumanไม่ได้ ราคาบุฟเฟต์ควรจะรวมเครื่องดื่มด้วย ประเภทของปลามีตัวเลือกน้อย ควรเพิ่มปลาฮามาจิด้วย

  เป็นร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นระดับ High Premium Japanese Restaurant ของจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี บรรยากาศร้านให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นในย่านทองหล่อของกรุงเทพมหานคร ทุกเมนูทำสดใหม่ วัตถุดิบเกรดคุณภาพ เชฟระดับคุณภาพ การันดีด้วยเชฟบุญธรรม จากรายการ Iron Chef Thailand สำหรับ Signature ของร้าน คือ ซาซิมิ หรือปลาดิบนั่นเอง แซลมอนสด หวาน แทบละลายในปาก โดยเฉพาะแซลมอนเบิร์น อร่อยมากๆ แนะนำคออาหารญี่ปุ่นขนานแท้ต้องมาลิ้มลอง 🙂

  Japanese buffet, moderate price, good service mind. The quality of sushi and sashimi are on the low side for the price. The style is Japanese, not the taste. Grill salmon head with salt is too pale, barely cook, and no salt. Got soy sauce for the rescue.

  The food was just OKAY, not that good as I expect. Service was bad. The waitresses didn't know how to serve, they just passed everything to us, or they might be really tired because of a lot of customers? Well, that wasn't right. Anyway, we won't come back again, that's sad.
