  Very good location that is about its only saviour. Wi fi very poor ... Room was cleaned only every other day ... During my stay the power was cut throughout the whole road during this period one of the staff obtained the safe master key Knowing the cctv was inactive and emptied the contents of my safe , A substantial amount of cash ,documents etc were stolen this member of staff then did a disappearance act .The management denied all knowledge until I got the police involved .The hotel did absolutely nothing not even an apology or any form of help towards my losses Avoid at all cost unless you enjoy poor service ,low quality rooms ,poor hygiene .And being robbed.

  When I arrived the wifi and safety deposit box didn't work. The woman working there immediately fixed both problems, thank you very much. Bathroom is very clean, but my only complaint is the bedding needs replacing. The location is perfect and the price I paid was reasonable.

  2017-aug-09 Very rude manager woman. I booked on Agoda. The aircon in 4 different rooms I looked at didn't work well, temperature after 1 hour was 27 or 28 inside. Unacceptable. I said I would leave and pay the first night and take my losses. She said I had to pay for the 4 nights I booked on Agoda. She also said it was hot because the lights were turned on, and that it was daytime. Ridiculous. Wifi on all 3 networks awful. Hot water not working in shower
