  Cheap but not worth it at all. I don't really recommend coming here (unless you are after 'extras'), there are better places to get quality massages in Chiang Mai. The place is old and ugly, the chairs's arm rest material are wearing and ripping out. I could hear rats noises behind the chairs. The massageurs speak loudly all the time to each other and laugh like hyenas (obviously at customers). Now the most important information, it seems one of those places where they offer extra services to a man (even to the ones who goes accompanied by their partners) One of them was doing sensual moviments while massaging a man (his partner was getting a massage too) and her friend was laughing at it.
