  New and very nice condo with a great roof top where you find a swimming pool, sitting area, fitness room, shower and toilets. Remote controlled underground parking. Overall a very nice building.

  Very nice small condo in a newly built house. I stayed one month in October 2016 and had a great stay. Everything you need is available in the condo and it is very easy to stay there. At the top you have a nice pool overlooking the bay of Jomtien and the houses around. In the room you will find a high quality Queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Internet is available and fast. The balcony is a bit small but since I am not a smoker I did not use it so much anyway. Since the house is newly built everything in the house is looking very nice and fresh. The beach is not far away and the area is quiet. Parking is possible in the ground floor garage. The entrance is guarded. Many restaurants is available close by. If you stay here I guess that you, as I did, also would love the place.

  Nice condo, high standard and very clean. The view from the Pool-area on the roof is fabolus. With the view of Jomtien bech and sea. Several small nice restaurants with great Thaifood.
