  Pro: convenient location Service good breakfast choices, small buffet line Comfortable large room (King size w/ Balcony) Gym (Running machine, Exercise machines, Weights) Spacious clean bathroom Hot water is consistent Good discounts when booking in advance. (Future) swimming pool under construction? Con: **Lots and lots** of mosquitoes Water (from A/C compressor on the balcony) Need to scan door locks multiple times Occasional noise from outside 3% credit card charge

  Big balcony room for good price. 7 floor hotel. The room get hot at time as the air condition is far away from the bed. No safe deposit box in room and the door automatic lock sometime doesnt work, always check if the room is lock properly.

  A tourist trap. They charged 2$ for paying in kip when their card machine didn't work because they use their own out-of-date exchange rate without offering compensation. Apart, the staff is grumpy. Breakfast is awful. They want to be luxurious but when you scratch the surface everything is bad quality. Room is stinky because of the drains. There isn't cold water in the sink tap. AC leaks water onto the balcony floor. The safe is not attached to anything. There isn't 'don't disturb' sign. They wanted to do the room at 4:30 pm! Etc, etc, etc.

  I stayed 4 nights in a double deluxe. Very good breakfast, excellent beds, but to many teething troubles. My welcome in the evening was disappointed. The staff is always a little bit puzzled. Elevator under maintenance. There is still no fire escape, it seems to be that the craftsmen or mechanics are not professionals, many things are extemporaneous. The fridge in the room out of order. The whole hotel is very clairaudient, noisy. Today no water for shower and toilets! I asked the receptionist: result = alternative facts. I think, it could be a really good hotel in the future if their problems would be solved.

  I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and the Receptionist, (not even House Keeping) decided to open my door and walk into my room. She didn't knock, not to mention completely ignored the sign. I was naked and she just stood there with the door open so anyone who walked past could've seen straight into my room. I asked her to close the door and leave 4 times and she just stood there with a dopey look on her face. I had to raise my voice and say get out! For her to actually leave. For the rest of my stay I was worried someone would walk into my room. I was very uncomfortable and it was completely unprofessional not to mention just random af. Also the breakfast is rank.
