  Peaceful hotel in Sathorn area. Full services. All I needed for holiday was here. Love it. The food at The Library was awesome.

  This hotel opened very recently so it is very clean and the manager and all the staffs are working very hard to make guests comfortable and happy during their stay. I was very happy while I was staying there for 3 nights. I was going to stay some other hotel after my 2 nights in Pattaya but canceled the booking at other hotel and booked at U Sathorn again for 4 nights. I must admit that I am a very picky and difficult person to please but can tell U Sathorn is outstanding to compare to any hotels in BKK. Breakfast was extremely good, freshness and the quality was very good and selected very carefully. Afternoon tea was very good too. Rooms are very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable and big. I guess the duvet and the layer on the bed mattress must be duck, or goose, down. Light and comfortable. But the thing I was impressed is their service. They are always checking if you are served properly and comfortable with their service. It seems like they are treating every single guests as very special people. What touched me the most was staffs were giving me hugs when I was checking out and leaving the hotel. I have never had any expriences like that, from the hotel staffs, entire my life. They were literally treating people like family members. The most important thing about this hotel is the room was not at all expensive for the quality. It was litte less than 100 dollars per night. I truly recomend this hotel to every one.
