  I went to the Gym this morning 6am closed 7am closed advertising it is open 24 hours. Pins missing from rep machines. Rubber hand gripes missing on rep machines Aircon is not turned on to hot to workout. Going downhill fast.

  Great cheap hotel and includes free gym. No need to book, always has rooms available.

  A great gym for a workout. Some of the equipment is a bit old but it does the job. A large selection of machines and freeweights and some cardio equipment. You don't have to join to train there is a choice of day, week and monthly passes if your are out there on vacation. It gets a little busy in the afternoons and evenings like most gyms do. But mornings are quiet and there is plenty of stuff to get on. I always train here when I'm on holiday and always get in a good workout.

  Once on of the premium work places is now has Old and badly maintained equipment . Very hot because they no longer turn on fans and air conditioners. The owners need to repair the broken equipment. They sold many life memberships and to be fair to them they should consider charging a small yearly maintenance fee to bring the gym back to acceptable form
