  ขั้นตอนการเข้าไปยื่นอกสาร สะดวกและรวดเร็ว รอไม่นาน ได้ยื่นก่อนกำหนดที่นัดไว้ พนักงานพูดจาดี อธิบาย แต่ขั้นตอนการจ่ายเงิน ค่อนข้างจะช้ามาก เนื่องจากไม่มีคิวให้กด คนต้องไปยืนรอเป็นแถวยาว ขวางทางคนอื่น มี 2 ช่องสำหรับจ่าย แจ้งว่าช่องนี้สำหรับมากกว่า 5 คน คนที่ไปยืนต่อก็ต่อแถวกันต่อไป ควรจะทำป้ายให้ชัดเจน และเพิ่ม printer หรือควรจะลดจำนวนการ print ลง ถ้าระบบสามารถทำข้อมูลรวมได้เป็น 1 แผ่น น้อง พนง.ที่รับเงินก็ทำงานอย่างเต็มที่และรีบให้แล้ว ก็เข้าใจนะ แต่ควรจะทำระะบให้ พนง. ทำงานได้สะดวกกว่านี้นะค่ะ

  Mega bucks for first long visa. No service at all when a problem occurred.

  Totally waste of money. The call operator doesn’t have service mind and gives poor information. I asked her to assure the list of papers I need for my visa application and she said everything is ready but when I went to the paper summit desk the guy told me to find another paper in two hours. So I did it in no time and the result from that poor preparation, my visa got refused. I will never use your sitty services ever again.

  We applied for Visas for Reunion for my wife and her Dad. My Wife had several trips to Europe under her belt so no issues were expected. Her Dad had never been to Europe. We prepared all the paper work as best we could though some items were not exactly as requested by the Visa application but we provided substitute items where relevant. The application process took about 30 mins. The staff were polite and friendly, no issues at all. The Visa itself was completed and ready for collection within one week. I did have several email and phone calls with the staff to clarify a few items during the process and they were surprisingly fast and helpful with their replies. All round good job. Thank you
