  Excellence extraordinaire! My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent property. We had done research before we booked and expectations were high. From the moment of our arrival to the Hotel when we were warmly greeted by the manager Nick, our butler, Gup, and the rest of the team, we knew we had chosen well. The hotel, the rooms, the gym, the spa, the food and the shops were fantastic. The private tours arranged by the hotel, were well paced and an excellent way introduction to this colourful city. But what made our stay perfect was the great service and attention to detail we experienced each and every day of our stay. This property is a testament of what can be achiened when vision, style and strong people conspire to produce an indulgent experience. We look forwards to returning knowing that such a magical place exists. Thank you and enjoy.

  Favorite hotel in Thailand, if not Asia. Absolutely beautiful and wonderful service. Breakfasts are terrific. Not the best Thai food I have had in the restaurant here but not bad. Plenty of other places to explore. Boat service, cooking classes and trips are also very good

  This place is pure luxury. It's an inviting elegant venue where you will be surrounded by art pieces amidst pockets of lavishly landscaped interior gardens, fountains and antiques. It is a mix of art gallery, museum and timeless elegance. The accommodations are comfy. The customer service is superb. Our suite came with a private pool and butler service. Our butler, Mac is amazing! Make sure to ask for him. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His suggestions and guidance have made our trip memorable. Siam has a boat that provides free transport to area temples (Wats), restaurants and street markets. This hotel is absolute glam. We are happy to have chosen Siam and couldn't imagine visiting Bangkok again without experiencing this delicious oasis. It is both classical and modern. It is both a blessing and an addiction.

  The absolute BEST hotel I've ever stayed in my life. I've traveled to 33 countries in over 20 years and I have never seen or experienced anything like the Siam Hotel Bangkok. Caution - this is NOT a cheap hotel. This is not for the budget conscious traveler. Bangkok is generally is a low yielding destination. However, for those who have the means to spend and treat themselves to a hotel where you DO get your money's worth (literally) this is the hotel to do it. Do not stay in this hotel if you are only going to do a standard room. Go the extra mile and treat yourself to a pool courtyard villa room that comes with its own private plunge pool! You won't regret it! I think its the only hotel in the city that offers private plunge pool rooms. You will be completely mesmerized and blown away at the rooms sheer size! Bangkok is a scorching hot city! It can be chaotic at the end of the day. To return to your room and enjoy your own private plunge pool is phenomenal. The hotel sits on the river and they have their own boat. It will take you to wherever you want to go on the river without having to worry about hitting the chaotic streets. They typically have a schedule when they depart and arrive, but if there is not much going on and you phone the hotel, they will arrange to pick you up from a reasonable pier. The hotel provides a cell phone free of charge to make local calls. We had the pleasure of having a Butler by the name of Mac. What a caring, detail attentive, wonderful human being. Booked all our dinners, tours, you name it. After experiencing this hotel, the Staff's attentive service, we were able to enjoy Bangkok in a very enjoyable way to the point we will return in the future. Thank you again Siam Hotel.

  The architecture is exquisite. Each space in the hotel has its own unique "feel" - the relaxing center courtyard for waiting for your spa treatment, the bath house, the outdoor restaurant alongside the river, the library, the lovely space where we did yoga and qigong that overlooks the garden. Each room has unique Thai artwork and artifacts, making a visit a wonderful discovery. You might feel as if you are in a novel. Although the hotel is built recently, it has an old world feel to it. I have never experienced a more magical hotel! The gardens are love. Spa treatments are excellent and the restaurant had delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. I did not stay at the hotel but experienced workshops and lunch there on two occasions. I highly recommend it. And taking the water taxi to the hotel was also a special experience.
