  Spacious room with nice & big swimming pool. The Gym is good. I like breakfast here. Not plenty choices of food but adequate and taste very good. I'd like to give 5 stars but took one out because there is a jacuzzi in the bathroom but not functioned. 😁

  Very clean and modern, the rooms are spacious and mdernly decorated. It could do with more than one lift and cannot rate service if staff as i had no need for it but staff seemed very friendly.

  Comfortable & Spacious. The best part, the cafe/restaurant could accomodate on providing halal food.

  Services are worse than last year. And it seems they count electricity not correct. More then 2000baht/month. I never get same price.

  I like my room,its so comfortable to relaxing and work here.My dream was always a 1bedroom with new furniture,big lcd hd tv,ac,quite area,swimmingpool(end of the year) and cheap price and i got here that. I never feeling depressive like in bkk in a big building.The staff is very talkative with pretty good english and very helpfull. They have roomservice from the restaurant.Have laundry,1baht per liter water and next door is the candle coffee.U can go to the main road with shuttle bus.The internet is very fast maybe 30mb/s and unlimited. Yes its true,its not a convenient area yet,mostly thais live here and work in the centre of CM. U must have a motorbike and on the 3044th road have 10coffee shop,restaurant(5-7min)...BTW u can try ride bicycle here and much more fun than in the CMU,santitham or any convenient area,here have a lot road its so quite and safety to exercise or just have fun on a playground with your children...Its very near for night safari,huge royal rajapruek park(at afternoon many thai exercise there),many good coffee shop where u can drink your huge coffee in the river.Check my favorite: บ้านกระต่ายแอดเวนเจอร์ is near fondcome village- its awesome quality and not pricey :P
