  This is a great location to train gymnastics, trampoline, parkour and other movement arts. Be sure to attend the BAC Bangkok Acrobatics Conference/ Festival in December. They have a great roster of instructors, Teachers and Mentors. There are regular scheduled classes for all ages. There are parkour bars, walls and cage structures. There is a trampoline wall for advanced circus training also. Everyone here is very passionate about what and how they share material, stop by and you won't be disappointed.

  Awesome parkoure classes with top teachers. Fully aquipt gym in a corner of Bangkok. Clean and ready rock.

  A retrofitted warehouse with lots of fun stuff for parkour and obstacle courses. Nice programs for children, but way too nonchalant about keeping track of small children in their care. Don't offer programs for 4-6 year olds of you can't properly supervise them.
