  Big thanks @coachrishi for training me @thelab. 2 Months ago i felt very weak in every part of my body, After coming back from a double fracture injury. He understood well what were my need, i wanted to work on core strength, mobility and explosivity. Obviously it’s still a work in progress as we only trained for the past 6 weeks. But definitely i can consider myself stronger and more knowledgeable regarding fitness in general. Thanks again @coachrishi

  Pan is the best trainer I ever had. She has effectively made me loose weight and made me the fittest in my life. Her training style always keeps it new and interesting. I'm always excited to go to the Lab to see what she has prepared for me to do that day. The Lab has very friendly and welcoming staff. And it's facility is very well equipped and have a variety of equipments that allows Pan to be creative with what she would like me to do each session.

  I started going to the LAB since January 2017! I love the ambiance, the friendly coaches and a sens of belonging to a family. I have been looking for a place where my 13 years old daughter can learn how to workout. She is been training with Melissa for more than a month and she loves it! Melissa is very gentle and has experience with kids. My daughter is very happy and is becoming more confident in her workout.

  I have been working out at The Lab for about 6 months now and I really love it! I've been a member at a few gyms around Bangkok and The LAB is definitely the best one without a doubt. The classes are great with loads of variety - total body workouts that truly help you achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be. The trainers are all awesome to work with and super friendly and approachable. They are able to adapt each session to everyone individually so you really do push yourself and get the most out of your workout. It's a great atmosphere and environment and I really would recommend it to anyone.

  The Lab is one of the best functional training place in town! It is a unique & fun place! It is full of people with energy & positive attitudes! The coaches are friendly, polite, supportive and highly-qualified. They are professional trainers who encourage you to not just challenge yourself, they also pay attention to techniques and make sure you are doing it right the way so you get the full benefit out of it. They are also motivative and creative. Every session is fun and productive. U will never get bored at the Lab!
