::We were on a Gate 1 vacation and into the 4 country trip of IndoChina the tour guide was concerned about the free number of passport pages since Australia skipped a free page before they stamped. The last endorsement pages can be used fir visas but are not guaranteed to be used. We went to the embassy the last Wednesday of February when the staff was leaving for a meeting. We were told we would be seen Thursday am without an Internet appointment. The Internet appointment was not available. We were seen by a Melissa on Thursday. She was kind and helpful. We got a 5 page temporary passport for the trip. Extra pages are no longer provided and it can take 2 weeks to get an Internet appointment. We were lucky, treated excellently. Thank you to the Embassy in Bangkok and proud to be an American.

::My dad died in Thailand cause an accident. My dad just walk on the road and the motorcycle hit him. I am helpless and sad, I try to get some help. When I go here I thought they will help me. But the young man who worked here just tell me go find a lawyer and a funeral home by myself. He said he can do nothing, he only can give the list of lawyers and I need call the and do things all by myself. Now I am still in Thailand. I don’t know Thailand language and my English is not good. I don’t know who can help me.

::I just had a major dilemma with my passport while traveling a couple weeks ago. When i got to the location the security staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. The staff in the office issued me a temporary passport in a very short time! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I did feel very comfortable at the embassy. After all the hustle and bustle of Bangkok it did feel like I was home. After my visit I continued my travels with no problems!

::เจ้าหน้าที่คนไทยตั้งแต่ยามยันข้างใน พูดจาไม่ดีซักคนเลย ไม่รู้หงุดหงิดหรืออารมณ์เสียมาจากไหนแต่เช้า(รอบ 7 โมงเช้า) ต้องนึกถึงประชาชนที่เค้าต้องตื่นมาแต่เช้ามืดเพื่อที่จะมาเจอคนต้อนรับอาการแบบนี้เหรอครับ **ถ้าจะกรุณาเปลี่ยนเจ้าหน้าที่คนไทยซะก็คงจะดีกว่านี้ หรืออบรมให้เข้มงวดกว่านี้ อย่าบ้าอำนาจกันให้มาก ประเทศไทยมีแต่รอยยิ้มนะครับ อย่าทำให้เสียชื่อให้มากกว่านี้เลย คิดว่าคงเข้าใจกันนะครับ
