  10,000kip, awesome value, Lots of solid machines, bars and plates. Proper training gym with friendly locals, loud music and great equipment. Outstanding.

  Great value gym. Open to the street and no AC only fans so you will sweat! Good selection of free weights and resistance machines however the running machines don't work (belt kept slipping). Friendly lady that always smiles!

  Perfect place for perfect workout , mostly local people and everyone is friendly ! 10k for one session... cheap and great place what do you want add to this ? Well they also sell any kind of complements at fair price ( whey, bcaa, fat burner ... ) . Of course there is no air-con and that kind of stuff , but its not air-con who gonna make you muscle growth! Probably best place for workout in Vientiane!

  Seems like a converted house, I almost felt like I was at someone's house party except instead of people drinking and dancing they were training, lol! I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I actually seen this place because after seeing the online photos I wasn't expecting much....And that along with the 10000kip cost is probably why I'm giving it 4-stars instead of 3. A bodybuilder-style gym almost overpopulated with machines. Sturdy machines. Although space is limited, with some careful timing and manoeuvring​, one could probably do some Olympic-bar deadlifts. There is also a squat rack. Although this place is probably a 3-star I would definitely give it a 5 if there was air conditioning and some more space to do free-weights circuits or stretching.

  Alright normally I would give a gym like this 3*s because it has the basic necessities, however it is so easy to just drop in and start working out that earned an extra 🌟. Pay 10k kip and just hit the iron. As others have pointed out the equipment is old but functional. Completely true. Good experience altogether. I'll be back.
