  lady just glared at me when i walked in and then pointed at my feet---you have to remove yer shoes apparently....no smile, no hello, just take your shoes off.....you can tell this place would rather not do business with foreigners....

  We wanted to buy a bike had the money in our pocket. The sales lady was totally unfriendly, ok bad mooth that can happen. But she doesn't know anything about the bikes. Quality difference for example. It was not possible to try a bike. Any average sales person could have sold us a bike. We felt not welcome and left with nothing. As nice as the shop looks like as terrible is the staff. Better avoid this shop if you want to stay calm 😀

  I went here on my bike yesterday to look at buying a new seat. I was asked to remove my shoes within seconds of entering . Even after pointing out that I had clean cycling shoes , the woman insisted . So. no problem I removed them , stuck them in my cycling shirt and proceeded to wander the store in my socks. Not a sign of interest was shown by any of the staff , until the same woman who had asked to remove my shoes rushed towards me and grabbed my arm. She pointed out that I had almost stepped in dog's shite that was on a little mat in the corner. She was obviously terrified that I would stand in it and drag it over her floor. So I left with no seat and no intention of ever returning there again , which is a pity as it is a well stocked , smart cycle shop. Perhaps if I had taken my shoes off at the door I would have been met with a welcome and a smile ...perhaps .

  Avoid like the plague, as others have found out the staff positively do not like farangs and have to be the most unhelpful I have ever come in contact with, how they do business is amazing

  Bad experience! I made a visit to this store and despite the saleswoman not friendly, I chose to buy a bike because there is a very large choice. However it is impossible to try a bike before buying, so to start I preferred to buy a cheap bike 10'000 baths. After 10 minutes of testing, I notice that the shifting gears block regularly. Besides not having been able to try the bike before I realize that I will have to change bike ... because there are only 2 -3 gears that are useful to me on the 18 :-( And the store applied "Neither taken nor exchanged". Run away!!
