::We asked for clean & prepare our bicycles for the flight. When we arrived and open the boxes: the bikes was NOT clean. Not clean at all. They look like before when we bring the bikes to the shop. And we miss the front-screw for fix the wheel. It was really bad, because we travel in bicycle and if you want to fix your bikes and then you miss this screw, you can not drive! And there was 2 other screws that they lost and they put only 2 other screws, but they was to short. We feel like stupid tourists. They laughing in your face, take your money and then you can see the surprise when you are in your next destination. This is absolutely nonprofessional and we are really disappointed.
