::I booked it through an agent. Hotel is very good and all the basic amenities are taken care of by hotel staff. Cleanliness and large bed size was added advantage of booking this hotel. Initially, The hotel staff was helpful and they showed us our rooms. Tbey showed some tour plans as well. Once we booked the plan they all changed. They were not at all helpful and they refused to listen to us. Even after informing them beforehand and well before time, they didn't arrange for any vegetarian item in breakfast except butter toast. They even didnt manage the tours properly. Overall it was not a good experience due to hotel staff.

::previous comments on the lady on the reception is unfortunately true. she is not the most friendly one. when we wanted to ask some questions concerning the tour times etc., she was very unfriendly. accompdation was good though. the eggs are always cold during the breakfast. i think the chef (f) prepares 100 eggs at once and just serves then on a demand basis. could be improved!

::Really nice place! Big and clean rooms with very good bedrooms. The bathroom is also big.

::Staff are very rude and unhelpful. Cleanish but I think that the photos are rather misleading. Personally I wouldn’t recommend.

::The staff are helpful. The hotel is nice it's just the location, lots of local food (no English) but supermarkets. It's 200b to the centre but it's nice for a short visit. The staff will try to organise your transport if wanted. They do day trips to phi phi and speck English to help you with any questions.
