  PROS - Good housekeeping, aircon, shower pressure, spa and massage excellent, minibar free but only soft drinks - go across road to 7-11 for grog. CONS - staff do not answer emails, very limited English, traffic noise - no sleep, midnight worker drilling concrete in hotel, breakfast very limited, no info in room eg: to contact room service, no menu, no phone details, no outside phone line, TV audio/video speech out of synch, TV resolution out - everyone looks short and fat, hand basin cold water only have to boil kettle for shaving, mirror on wall 90 deg away from basin, minibar not cold and no ice - go across road to 7-11 for ice. WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN ? NO WAY.

  Nice and quiet Hotel near to Phuket Old City. Our room is really wide and clean. there is a fridge with free water/drinks and a kettle with coffee and tea. Staff is really kind and helpful.

  Great option for a nice and affordable place to stay close to the ferry. Big rooms and nice bathrooms. The included breakfast is sensational!

  Worth the money you paid. Big clean rooms. the welcome drink is at the nice glass house. free parking for hotel guess, free drinks in the room.friendly staffs. We enjoy our stay here .
