  Small and old university famous in fine arts, design and archeology. There are only 4 faculties here while the rest are at other campuses. There is an art gallery inside where you can check out artwork, sculptures or paintings exhibited there.

  "Ars longa vita brevis" mean Art is long....Life is shot This is the 1st art university in Thailand. Many great artist is produced from here "Silpa Bhirasri" is the founder and the father of modern art in Thailand.

  I studied decorative arts at this compact, art-focused university in the 80's, and greatly enjoyed my times there. It was our time of work hard, learn hard and live simple. Here, students were admired for his/her creative work and effort, not for one's look, social class or economic clout. While I ended up doing something totalling different, I never regret the five years I spent there.
