::Has a good karaoke pub in the back, it's a truly relaxing environment.

::Nice resort with a jacuzzi bathtub and a personal car park lot in it's room

::I'm someone who isn't particularly picky about hotels. I usually give 4 or 5 stars for hotel reviews but this hotel really just doesn't pass muster. I had a good first impression when the staff actually opened the Uber taxi door for us upon arrival and even took the luggage out of the trunk for us. Throughout our entire stay, there was always staff stationed at the entrance to open the hotel door for us. Nice. Now, the reception was when things star started going downhill. Fast. We requested to upgrade to a private pool room for one of the days and the face of the receptionist immediately fell. She seemed thoroughly annoyed. Granted, it might have been a bit troublesome but come on, we weren't asking for a lot, were we? Peeve number 2: She forgot to return us the change for the money we paid and I had to request for it. Peeve number 3: She left my passport in the scanner and completely forgot to return it to us until I asked for it. Peeve number 4: Within the first 30 minutes of entering our room, they called us a total of 3 times. I couldn't understand their English very well but I believe they were asking if the pool was OK. The intention was good but the incessant calls were intrusive. Not intrusive enough? The staff kept entering our room without apologizing/explaining why. I believe they were trying to clean the pool or something? Pet peeve 5: MOSQUITO GALORE There are a couple of annoying things about how things work too. The wifi password and room key card would reset every day. That means, you'd to have to go to the reception desk every day to get a new room key card AND a new wifi password. The TV in our room was barely functioning; the quality was so bad and the volume kept going up and down by itself. The shower kept going hot and cold too. The jacuzzi was nice though. And AVOID the room service. Firstly, the phone doesn't work well and I had to walk to the reception to order instead. Secondly, the food tasted really bad. Do yourself a favor and go to the eatery next to the hotel for decent Thai food. Location was bad too. The nearest mall would be The Crystal shopping mall and that's a 20-min walk away and you'd have to go through 2 overhead bridges too. There are no convenience stores nearby although the hotel restaurant does sell water for 20baht/bottle. This hotel has a long way to go in terms of service and there is a serious need for renovation too. Service was on-off(I really appreciate them opening the doors for you though; it was a nice touch) and the amenities were barely functional. We were drawn to this hotel based on the fact that it had a jacuzzi in every room and that there are private pool rooms too. After the stay, I really don't think it was worth it at all.
