  Das Hotel hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Sehr schön eingerichtet im chinesischen Stil. Das Personal war absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit, da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer waren sehr stilvoll, unser Zimmer hatte jedoch kein Tageslichtfenster. Im Hotel war soweit alles vorhanden. Die Angestellten halfen immer gerne dabei ein Taxi heranzuwinken und dafür zu sorgen das Taxi-Meter anzumachen! Der Stadtteil und das Hotel ist für einen Bangkok Städtetrip perfekt gelegen und nur zu empfehlen. Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Abendessen im Red Rose Restaurant ebenfalls unglaublich lecker und von gehobener Qualität.

  Looking for upscale atmosphere, excellent drinks, attentive service, unique and creative dishes, and the option of live music or formal dining? This is your place. Navigate the throngs pouring through the streets of Chinatown Bangkok, and sit down relived in the air conditioned lounge of the Redrose, Shanghai Mansion. Every dish we sampled was delightful, service was the best experience we've encountered in Bangkok, and the drinks made with the skill of a professional bartender. Comparable high prices for Bangkok, but still a bargain compared to North America. Like half price! Great experience and highly recommend.

  A late review as our trip was in August 2017, but this hotel left such a wonderful impression on my partner and me. The hotel itself and the room were simply exceptional, as reflected in their helpful and amazing staff—their formula seems to work, and we would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. From their buffet-breakfast to their evening couples massage, all services and amenities were accommodating and in high quality (be prepared to spend a bit higher than you’d expect, but it’s worth it.) We wanted a room where we felt like we were “in Thailand” and the hotel delivered. The room featured highly detailed Easy Asian artwork on the walls, wood-like bedframes, even the washrooms had appealing aesthetic touches. We definitely didn’t feel like we were in an American hotel chain for sure, which is a welcome thought for trips like these! It’s located in the heart of China Town, so expect busy weekends if travelling the block. The hotel supplies a booklet with common Thai phrases, which came in handy throughout our entire Thailand trip and after our stay there. Give this wonderful hotel a consideration, it will be a reminiscent story for months and years after the fact! PS

  Loved this hotel. Best to book directly as you then get one complementary experience per day. We chose the dinner it was delicious. Loved the breakfast too. Rooms were really nice.
