  We loved this resort. The suites are huge, modern and clean; the views of the sea and the islands from the suites are stunning; and customer service is excellent. We did have a rental car but I am sure other forms of transportation are available too from/to the resort. We stayed here twice already and we used Chase points for our second stay. In summary, if you can afford paying a little bit more or if you have points to spare, stay in this resort.

  Absolutely lovely, very large rooms and even better suites. Encompasses all the vital facilities needed for a 5 star stay. Excellent food beautiful location and lovely environment to relax and enjoy the Rawai region in southern Phuket.

  Serenity Resort in Rawai, Phuket is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The service, rooms, and view are all top notch and amenities are plentiful. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide range of Continental food as well as local fruit. There was an option to have bacon and eggs cooked by the chef at your choice. It was located about a 5 minute drive from the beach where you could take a long tail boat to one of the islands close by.

  We came back after 5 years to this resort and very disappointed. Very bad maintained, specially the rooms, which we had to move out the first night as there was a really bad mould and humidity problem. To the point where it was unhealthy. The first night we had to find a different hotel as they didn't have availability to change room and the rest of the stay they upgraded us to a suite room, which it was the same, it was really bad maintained. With stains everywhere and hard mattress. The pool and bar & restaurant where nice, but be aware that even if it has a private beach in front of it, it's far from nice. Where all the boats park. You won't see anyone swimming there. I hope you find this review helpful and you have it in consideration of you're planning to book the. P.D.: the staff were really helpful though.

  I didn't stay here but a friend did. I went to visit him, he shoeed me around. Big big place, you wouldn't think that from the front. Security at the front, which is a nice touch. The back of the hotel leads onto the beach. The room seems are top notch, like apartments. If you have more money to spend then this would be a good hotel for you.
