  In the last years I bought 3 condos recommended by Seaboard Properties and all 3 are rented out. I highly recommend this agency because of the honesty, a lot of experience, strong customer orientation and professionalism. If there would be more than 5 stars I would rate all of them. By far the best agency that I know in Pattaya/Jomtien.

  I have just recently purchased my first international property in Thailand through Seaboard properties. September 2016, It was a big decision to make, purchasing real estate in a foreign country. My dream for many years was to retire in a beautiful tropical beachfront location in Thailand. Seaboard found me the perfect condominium for my requirements at a very reasonable price, So i decided to go ahead and purchase. The team at Seaboard consulted and advised me all the way through the contract and settlement process, the currency exchange and issue of tittle deed ( Chanote ). The whole process was handled professionally with thorough advice and feedback along the way and all done with honesty, charm and a warm Thailand smile. Today....1 month on i could not be happier with my purchase, it is an excellent condominium in a beautiful beachfront location. I would highly recommend this agency for the purchase of their first overseas property to anyone. The whole experience was a rather quick, stress free and pleasant one. Only issue, i cant retire and live there for 2 years. Seaboard as property managers have already found me a long term tenant and the property is currently earning me a good rental return. All in all I am a very happy customer and so glad i made this decision.

  I bought my first 3 Units from Seaboard Properties (Eddie) nearly 9 years ago and the company settled and fitted the condos out to very high standard without any problems. Now many years later , I bought several more condos and Seaboard manages them in the rental market . Over all those years i never had any problems and can recommend this company to look after you in Pattaya... Good Luck !!

  I have used Seaboard Properties for over 10 years and found Eddie and his team to be most helpful, giving honest responses to questions and completing all transactions with honor and integrity in everything they have done for me. The staff at Seaboard Properties have an extensive knowledge of the Pattaya property market. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for property to buy or rent.
