  Rented a car from this company on recommendation from a friend. Very happy with the service and the car. The woman I dealt with was pleasant and was very nice about my rudimentary Thai. The car was thoroughly checked before we left and we both signed for everything. I returned the car today and (after a quick check) was given my deposit back in full. Will definitely use them again

  Started using the company about 6 months ago. I have so far had good experience, I check the car for all damages and scratches and mark them on the official paper signed by both. Everytime I have returned the car, I got my security deposit within 10 mins of car return, post checking if all was ok.

  This car rental is horrible. They forcible take money and do no refund money back. Please do not take car from this car rental. I took car for 2 days, and then they suppose to return my deposit 1,000 baht. I inform them I will come 2 hrs late, will you charge? They said no charge. Then when I return car, they did return deposit anymore. Because I gave 3,000 baht. But they did not return because they said I am late. Just for 2 hrs, which I informed early, they took money 1,000 baht for whole day. It's a cheating company
