  My experience is always good in this shop. Price is reasonable then other trek bike store. Facebook response is satisfactory.

  I have spent a lot of money at Saengthong Bike... initially the service was very good but steadily declined.... repeated visits to have the gear shifting on my MTB fine tuned were unsuccessful...once the helpful lady (owner) realised that I am not going to depart with more money the friendly service turned into blunt and unhelpful efforts....fortunately there are other bike shops in the northern suburbs of Bangkok as I won't revisit Saengthong...

  good shop
