::I have been there twice this week with poor performance by the instructors. Spending 850 tbt for an advanced class, all you get is 5 x 2 min rounds, in additon to this just sets situps. Ir if you go there to learn any boxing you will probably get disappointed and consider it as a poor ”crossfit” session with a lot of pauses is definitely not worth the money. Last time I told them that their performance was not up to standards... I was offered to use the sandbag and barbell for free *LOL* My advice is to train the trainers and tell them to put their iphones away because that’s where they have their attention. Absolutely a waste of time and money.

::Great location, just nearby a BTS station. Friendly staff and fun beginner class, suitable for tourists who don't speak Thai and want to experience something more active. There's no free water here so make sure to bring your own.Also bring clean clothes and you can shower there.

::한국인 리뷰가 없어서 올려드릴께요ㅋㅋ 여긴 남녀노소 누구나 즐겁게 재밌게 운동할 수 있고 트레이너들은 모두 친절합니다. 위험하다고 생각이 되거나 내가 할 수 없다고 한다면 더이상 하지 않아도 괜찮아요. 남들 눈치볼거 없이 그냥 즐기면 됩니다. 아속역에서 가깝고 일주일이상 결제시 멤버쉽카드를 받을수 있고 만약에 운동을 4회 이상 할 예정이라면 일주일 등록하시는게 더 좋을듯 그리고 알에스엠 다른지점에서도 멤버쉽 번호나 카드를 제출하면 운동가능합니다. (통로지점 온눗하비토지점) 하루에도 몇번씩 할 수 있어여 체력이 된다면요ㅋㅋ 현지인 외국인 남 여 할 거 없이 운동하기 좋아요. 지금 일주일 등록해서 운동중ㅎㅎ

::Very nice facility. Small and intimate. Beginners class was fun, yet tested you in fitness and muay thai techniques. Had fun at an affordable price. Will definitely go again!
