  These reviews on here do not do this place justice , it was buffet breakfast to die for , best i ever seen , rooms were great , English channels on tV , great room service and beautiful maid I had visit the room , really enjoyed my few nights there In Nontaburi north of Bangkok. will visit again for sure .

  ไม่เหมาะสำหรับพัก คนจีนแอบสูบบุหรี่ แจ้งโรงแรมก็ไม่จัดการอะไร มีวันนึงคีย์การ์ดเข้าห้องไม่ได้ทั้ง6ห้อง มาหาว่าเอาไว้ใกล้มือถือ วันนั้นเราเก็บการ์ดไว้กระเป๋าเสื้อตรงอกทั้งวัน มือถือไว้ในเป้วางหลังห้องประชุม หลักบริการถ้าอะไรผิดพลาดต้องขอโทษไว้ก่อน อันนี้มาโทษลูกค้าทั้งที่ไม่ใช่ความผิดเราเลย โรงแรมนี้เหมาะมาจัดประชุมแบบไม่ต้องพัก เพราะทุกอย่างดียกเว้นเรื่องห้องพัก

  ห้องพักดี ล้อบบี้กว้าง เห็นบางรีวิวบอกพนักงานไม่ดี แต่ผมว่าก็ดีนะครับเป็นกันเองดี ติดตรงที่ว่าป้ายบอกทางไม่ชัดเจน โดยรวมแล้วดีมากครับ

  I stayed here for 2months. Their guest basically is from China and everyday they will have new tour from china checked in this hotel. I surrounded by those China tourist everyday, they talked so loudly not only in their own room, but the corridors outside their rooms. You will get shock in the middle of night or early in the morning because they always bang the doors so loud. The receptionist is not friendly or helpful at all, they always look like angry and they are not enjoy their job. The breakfast need to be improve, variety is not enough and the taste is not good. The toilet in the room is not clean, there’s a problems on the sink but the house keeper not even fix it. Overall is a bad experience to stay in the hotel, the only good thing is the MRT nearby but the location is far from the Bangkok city. 1.30hours train to the city.

  โรงแรมสวย ตกแต่งดี ห้องประชุมมีหลายห้อง แต่ได้ห้อง Jasper 3 มีเสาขนาดใหญ่อยู่กลางห้อง อินเตอร์เน็ตแย่มาก อาหารว่างอร่อย อาหารกลางวันหลากหลาย อาหารเช้าหลากหลายเน้นไทยจีน อาหารส่วนใหญ่ติดรสหวาน โรงแรมบอกว่าไม่ได้ใช้ผงชูรส การเช็คอินไม่สะดวก ทั้งที่มาเป็นกรุ๊ป พนักงานต้อนรับชื่อ KATE บอก “ให้ทุกคนมาเซนต์ชื่อและเขียนเบอร์โทรเพื่อรับ keycard ไม่ให้รับไปทั้งหมด” แล้วหาชื่ออยู่นั่นแหละ แทนที่จะเตรียมไว้ พอบอกว่ามีห้องอะไรบ้าง พี่ช่วยแจกจะเร็วกว่า ก็บอกว่า “ไม่ได้ หน้าจอหนูมันยาก คุณไม่เข้าใจหรอก” อยากจะบอกว่าถ้าหน้าจอมันยาก ก็บอกเบอร์ห้องมาให้พี่จัดการเอง พอเซนต์ชื่อเขียนเบอร์โทรเสร็จ ก็ต้องรอให้เธอเขียนเบอร์ห้องในกระดาษแล้วหยิบ Keycard ซึ่งจริงๆก็เตรียมไว้แล้ว เพียงแต่ยังไม่ระบุคนเท่านั้นเอง ไปพักมาหลายโรงแรมทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ใช้ห้องเป็นร้อยยุงไม่ช้าเท่าใช้แค่นี่สิบห้องเลย กิริยามารยาทแย่มาก มีเหวี่ยงลูกค้าด้วย
