  A diamond in the rough. Beautiful hotel with amazing views of surrounding Phatthalung. The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent.

  Very clean rooms with friendly service and a modern design. The room I was in was modern, with lots of sockets for charging your devices, a small but still usable desk space and free WiFi. As is usual, 2 complimentary bottles of water are provided each day and the minibar was stocked. The hotel isn't really set up for international guests (difficult to find bilingual TV channels etc. and staff don't speak much English) but the very friendly attitude of the team and the other positives of the hotel outweigh any inconveniences.
