Fair price. Nice location. There's a local food market at night just across the street. The hotel has been here for as long as I remember. Though there's a renovation at the front building, the hotel still welcome guests as normal.

Location is the best of this hotel. Staff is the second best. Else thing is below and average. This hotel is very old. Room, condition, bathroom, elevator, and most every else thing is running at its age. Cleanliness is acceptable, room odour is slightly not fresh, bed and mattress is clean enough to sleep naked, light is might little be dim low, wall plug is abandon. Wifi is OK, TV is CRT type, refrigerator is small size, wardrobe is suit for 2, bathroom is small, toilet is hardly flush, shower is running like a cat's pee sometime. The best is location. In the heart of this town, opposite night market which you can walk through - enjoy local delicacy. 7-11 is not afar, also coffee shop (amazon coffee). Distance from airport is 60THB (2$ equiv) via Taxi. Almost same price to bus terminal. Walk around town discover temples, museum, and attraction is great from here.

Best condition of hotels in the area, reasonable price [around B500 for aircon, hot shower, tv, fridge is a Thai hotel standard] very much a boutique hotel vibe with a nice lobby and restaurant, holiday and festival accommodation/meals packages particularly good, an ideal location for experiencing the Ubon Candle Festival in July

Reception looks upmarket but rooms are much lower quality, wifi doesn't work in rooms only in corridors and reception, aircon not very cold, rooms smell, only booked as the monsoon was starting , will be gone in the morning once I find another place, okay for a night I guess.
