  This has been my worst experience from the hotel staff. On arrival we were not greeted with even a smile just some moody ignorant receptionist with a terrible attitude. What was even worse was the manager Mrs Pompam didn't handle the matter when we complained and was totally unprofessional and was even caught by my Thai partner talk rudely behind my back. I would advise staying away from this hotel. We left immediately and found a hotel for better value and the staff were a breath of fresh air after dealing with Mrs Pompam and her staff
