  The ambience is good. Rooms are clean. The only troublesome are water dispenser is at ground floor and lift could only be access when there is a room card.

  everything is okay. the location is situated right at the center (well almost). service was excellent! will come back to this hotel if given a chance to. 5 star definitely!

  It's a budget hotel. Rooms are a reasonable size but there's a lack of furniture. Bathroom quite clean, no towel hangers. Well located in the middle of the town, close to railway station.

  Poor. Issue 1 entry card for lift, room and electricity. You only can leave the room all together because you need the card to take the lift, open your room door. If you bring the card, you partner will stay inside the room without electricity. Air conditioning is noisy and not cold. Beware with the mineral water glass bottle, you cannot keep it and don't break it. During check out they will ensure the glass bottle is there. The bed also not comfortable. Shower soap also just enough for 1 or 2 time shower. Only the wifi good.

  Last Christmas I visited Thailand just for fun with my travel buddy. This hotel located at the heart of Hatyai town. Near to shopping mall, restaurants, railway station, banks and it's just a walking distance to everywhere. And it's so affordable. I will come back to this darling hotel soon.
