  Nice cocktails but staff seems more concerned by the latest Thai TV soap than their customers!

  Review of the roof top bar. Went there to see a lightning storm that was raging over the mountains in the west. The place could be cool if they didn’t play completely wrong music. Oppressive trap bass rhythms gives the bar a rather sombre mood. It could work in a basement in Brooklyn or Berlin, it doesn’t work here. Chill house music would be so much better! The cocktails are too sweet and taste like artificial flavoring. Just serve beer, or up the bartender budget. Service was friendly and fast. As for the hotel, I would never stay in a place that has walls through 3rd floor shaking because of the club downstairs. For people who don’t like to sleep, I guess.

  Really not happy! There is a club at the ground floor that won't let you sleep until 1am. Try to get the highest floor (the 4th) to get away from the noice. The mattress is so hard that you will wake up in pain (all rooms have the same mattress apparently). Stained bed sheets. My pillow was smelling of sweat despite the clean cover. The bathroom is poorly paved and the water from the shower ended up all over the places instead of flowing into the drainer. The staff is really demotivated and careless. No laundry service. The room features a nice modern industrial design. Impossible to even attempt touching the blinds... all the ropes are messed up and you will end up messing them even more! The safe box stopped working and they had to open it with its special key. However every key is numbered and associated to a certain room. Unfortunately my safe had already been moved from a different room and the staff took almost one hour to find the proper key. Great location. Recommended for those people who party until 1am or later.

  Location : Easy to go anywhere, coffee shop, local restaurant, shopping and bar. Parking : street parking available near by. Room : Lovely and cleaned. Good bed , WiFi is ok . Big bath room with a nice hot & cold shower. In room amenities : safety box 14" laptop size, mini fridge, Big bottles of drinking water. Lobby & Reception : nice décor lobby. Friendly staff even too busy but still keep smiling.

  I only have good words for this place. The room was simple but practical and you pay for what you get. The ambience however is very cool throughout the property from the bar at the ground floor (the library) to the hotel and the sky bar (rooftop bar). The staff was super helpful and helped arranging transport to the airport and to the pier for our ferry to phi phi. Also they let us leave our luggage with them a few hours on the day of our departure even though we didn't stay with them for the past few days.
