  Great experience!! The hotel was accessed via private boats from the Phra Athit pier, which was within walking distances from the Khaosan Road and the Rambuttri. Also we could explore many more areas of the city via water buses and boats from the pier as well. The hotel pool was great - very quiet with a great view. The room was bit dated, but yet beautifully maintained. Because our room was on the first floor, we had to bear with the noise from the room above the ceiling. as the floor/ceiling did not absorb any noise. Most of all, services were always exceptionally kind and attentive. Breakfast was decent, with huge portion sizes.

  We had stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful time. All the staff was kind and professional. The food was good, and the atmosphere was lovely. We would like to visit here again.

  Friendly staff and great service worthy of 4 star but property lacks care and cleanliness. Great view but will not recommend strictly based on cleanliness and proper maintenance of the rooms.

  Stayed there for one night and we didn't think it was that special. The location is great and it's a fun experience to travel to the hotel with a boat over the river. As said in other reviews, the building itself is old and there needs to be some work done. Especially the fake grass in the garden looked very worn out and old. For some reason the hotel thought it was alright to start doing construction work at 07:30 AM which woke us up unpleasantly. We started the morning with hammering and drilling at 07:30 AM and there were construction workers all over the place including at the pool. The walls in our room were dirty, there were stains on the bedding, the toilet seat was coming loose from the toilet, the air-con was inconsistent and the WiFi didn't work properly. Staff was alright but we didn't experience anything special. They even forgot some things that we ordered during breakfast and we found one employee lying on the sofa at a customer facing location in the hotel. When we left there was no room to leave any feedback nor did employees ask us about our stay. Considering the price for this hotel we would recommend you stay away from this one. There are many other better choices for the same, or lower price. It's not worth the money.

  A truly wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly attentive, kind and genuine. The ferry crew treated my wife on the ferry, they noted she was slightly limping as she had hurt her leg while walking. The receptionist helped to recover my phone which was lost in the city (I was fully resigned to it being lost forever). I could not be more impressed and appreciative of their hospitality. Above and beyond any expectations. The location on the river, the vibrant artery of Bangkok, is serene and feels like an escape. Getting into the city is quick and easy, the hotel ferry transfer works great and is captained by a small charming crew. The hotel provides a dedicated cell phone which you can use to request pickup, they respond immediately at all hours. The rooms are clean and elegant. A cooling plunge into the pool after a long walk is unbeatable. There will not be a better place to stay in Bangkok. PS Breakfast and coffee is better across the river. A great breakfast would just add a sixth star. Its not terrible just a quite standard effort.
