::They should not serve beer in the morning ferry!! 2 drunken guys almost startet to fight 2 days ago phuket to ao nang. Boat seemd overloaded. Luckily no big waves. Transfer by bus worked well

::6 hours from Ao Nang to Patong Beach??? Pickup was confirmed for 2pm in Ao Nang, didn't get collected until 2:30pm, boarded ferry (due to leave 3pm), departed at 3:30pm then picked up people from two other bays departing Krabi area around 4pm, and arrived in Phuket at 6pm (meant to be 5:15pm). We then got put on a bus which took the long way to Patong Beach arriving around 7:30pm with all our bags thrown out of the bus and we were then moved onto a mini van (very disorganised), arriving at our hotel just after 8pm (getting dropped off a 5 min walk from our hotel). Didn't think it would take 6 hours to get from Krabi to Phuket when the website advertises 2hrs 15mins plus transfer should only take an hour max. Not acceptable service.

::Definitely wouldn't recommend using this service if you are traveling during low season and have flexible plans. I bought my tickets ahead of time because I thought I was getting a discount and then ended up having to a) buy another ticket at the dock and b) pay 200 baht to switch my return ticket. Also during low season it doesn't appear buying your ticket at the doc is that much more expensive (maybe a couple dollars). Super frustrating! The plus side is their customer service is pretty quick to respond which I really appreciate.

::Took 450 baht each side from phuket to phi phi and back. The ride is really good. Enjoy the beauty of nature and it would be a journey to remember. The guys at the pier would pester to buy return tickets as well. Don't do it as return tickets could be bought from phi phi itself for lesser price and hassle.
