  Very poor and old equipment. Used only once. I was told there is a better gym with new equipment close to Hard Rock Cafe. You may want to consider

  $200 /day $750 /week (prices in bhat) longer memnerships for better rates. Equipment is old, but has everything you need. Better than an apartment or hotel gym. This is Thailand, what choice do you have?

  Indeed, a proper bodybuilder's gym. The weights are quite old, but in working condition. Contrary to the previous review, it does have AC, but still expect it to be warmish. It is the cheapest option on Patong, at 200 baht a daily pass.

  Proper bodybuilder gym. No air conditioning so you do feel the sweat with every pump. Machines are not the fancy ones you expect at the health club. They are very old and taped together. But they work and are there to build muscle. If you are serious bodybuilder this is ok. If you're looking for fancy go somewhere else.
