::station is easy to find, possible to walk to or can get mototaxi. it's really well kept and attractive, though its not like the staff have much to do, with only one train in each direction monday to friday. no service saturday as of dec 2017. booking office for all tickets in thailand is open 8:30-4:30, probably again only monday to friday. to buy ticket for bangkok, you can do this only from 1:50pm on the day, no advance booking. price thb31. small convenience booth selling snacks and drinks, couple of small food carts turn up and wait. great experience!

::Tiny railway station, but serves it purpose, there's a ticket office and a snack/drinks stand, and clean toilets...Train to Bangkok is ordinary class only, runs Monday through Friday, not on weekends, the 3 hour trip costs just 31 baht, what a bargain... You can not book ahead, just show up, ticket office opens at 13.50, half hour before departure

::This train station only serves a single passenger train in each direction each day so don't expect it to be a hive of activity. That said, the staff here are very happy to help you buy train tickets for any other train trip in Thailand ... and since they're not very busy, there is no rush with people waiting behind you in the queue. Check our the beautiful manicured gardens on the track side.
