  Very good, everything was explained to me quickly with good informations about driving in Thailand, what to do in case of accident, anyway if there is problem they will handle the translation for you. We had a car under one year in perfect condition and it is not always the case in Thailand. We received a discount for our monthly rental. Good and good prices

  Good afternoon. As we are new customers with this rental we were very happy to find this one with a top noch service . That is why we write this review. Prices maybe are the same as with other oponents but we received a personal approach and a perfect car smell new

  We have already used this company twice . Always on time for delivery, never had any problem. Will still use it for my business as we always been satisfied. Recommend them

  25 november. I dag fik vi vores penge tilbage samt en undskylning efter 5 måneder. Jeg savner dog en kommentar fra ejeren på dette. Konklusion: Brug jeres sunde fornuft ved billeje. November 25th. Today we received our deposit and an excuse after 5 months. I thought the owner of the company should comment on this. Conclusion. Use your sense of car hire. Advareles. Warning. การเตือน Junk company Advareles..... brug aldrig BANGKOKCAR4RENT og PATTAYACAR4RENT. Du vil ALDRIG få dit depositum tilbage. (Brug et kendt og seriøs firma) Vi retuneret bilen den 11.juni, og fik der fortalt at vores depositum vil blive tilbagehodt i 30 dage...... Vi mailer for vores depositum og får så fortalt at det er 30 ARBEJDSDAGE...... Vi mailer igen og får fortalt at de ikke er på kontoret og vil være tilbage på næste mandag, og vil ordne det der.......... Vi mailer igen og får fortalt at chefen er på hospital efter en trafikulykke, og det er kun chefen som kan overføre pengene, men vi vil få besked når chefen er tilbage........ Vi mailer igen og chefen er stadig på hospitalet...... Vi mailer igen flere gange, nu uden at få svar........ Nu er der gået næsten 2 måneder uden tilbage betaling af depositumet. Konklusion : Et useriøs forretning som kun er intresseret i at snyde. Warning ..... Never use BANGKOKCAR4RENT and PATTAYACAR4RENT. You will NEVER get your deposit back. (Use a reputable and serious company) We retuned the car on June 11th, and were told that our deposit will be refunded for 30 days ...... We email for our deposit and will be told THAT IS 30 WORKING DAYS ...... We email again and are told that they are not in the office and will be back on next Monday, and will fix it there ....... We email again and will be told that the manager is in hospital after a traffic accident and it is only the manager who can transfer the money, but we will be notified when the manager is back ........ We email again and the boss is still in the hospital ...... We email again several times, now without getting a response ........ Now almost 2 months have passed without repayment of the deposit.
