  It is an ecoplex! A building designed to be friendly to the environment. I cannot comment as an architect but I observe the details like bicycle parking at the front and front stairs that show you how much calories burnt per step (it feels encouraging to walk the stairs!). It is right next to BTS Ploenchit and can be entered via a skywalk. There is a ramp for wheelchairs at the front too. It is an office building but public area has a few convenient stores, shops and restaurants.

  Modern intelligent office cum hotel building. Centrally located and conveniently connected to the BTS and highway to airport.

  One of the better Class A buildings in Bangkok. Excellent hotel too (Okura Prestige Bangkok).
