  Very good location (on the edge of patong buay area). Facility is good but bit old furniture. Breakfast need improvement. Overall, my stay with my family was good

  Old and dated hotel located in Patong. Supposed to have had $ millions spent on renovations but couldnt see it. Ordinary swimming pools. Would not stay again. Not a particularly nice area, beach is dirty and over crowded and Patong is just a tourist trap. Had issues with our booking but it was all sorted out by a very helpful Manager named Pure. Thankyou Pure.

  Our entire stay was a solid 3 and the only thing bringing the rating up is the location and views. The service was subpar to say the least. After booking what appeared to be a fantastic package, we noticed that the hotel staff had no idea what to do with the “coupons” the front staff issued us upon check in. The free drinks were limited to a basic menu of a margarita or a martini. The “1 hour” massage for 2 was split to 30 minutes each. The “themed buffet” nights don’t include a beverage and to make things worse, the staff are constantly having to call the front desk for clarification. The customer service provided us almost non-existent. If you ask for something, its almost as if you are bothering them. Would not recommend staying here unless you are looking for location and views.

  Hotel was once elegant but today needs a lot of money to be spent on it to bring it up to a Novotel standard. An example of this is mould in the bathroom and broken/cracked tiles. I understand that occupancy rate is 100 percent and they have overbooked so maybe while the guests keep coming Novotel refuses to spend money on the hotel. Also be warned that the hotel is built on a hill so walking up the steep driveway or via the pool area is quite an effort. Overall a disappointing customer experience so far.
