  Had a friendly greeter, helped us haggle for a tuktuk. The service and rooms are great. The only issue is that there aren't electrical outlets by the bed. Not a big issue though.

  This hotel is very convenient for the location, the customer service is great, the rooms and the buffet was excellent. but the customer service that I received from Stellar was 200% excellent, she helped me before and during my trip to Bangkok. The pool was beautiful. Thank you again. I stayed on April 12, 2018

  Nice 3 star hotel at I think the center of Bangkok. Owned by Nana s family its a moslem hotel mean only served halal food, have qibla direction, musholla, no alcohol around but quite many European stay there sometime with children. The room is spacious, bathroom ok with toilet have jet shower beside it so its convenient for Asian. Amenities ok. Breakfast could be better but ok for 3 star. The staff could speak English and some Malay. Staff good and bell captain mostly very helpfull. They have pool and massage spa. Taxi easy to book. To and from the airport around 500-600Baht. To Platinum Mall 100B. I will stay there again for shure

  The location was great - only steps away from Khao San Road, where all the backpackers stay. This hotel came highly recommended since most tour companies would have this hotel as one of their pick up locations. They even have a travel agency right at the lobby. The room was very clean. There weren't any movie channels but people don't usually come to Bangkok to watch reruns of old movies anyway. The best part was all of the amenities Iike the two rooftop pools and the gym.

  This hotel has it all. Right from the moment you arrive staff can not do enough to make your stay a memorable experience. The 24hr concierge is at hand to make sure things go as planned, and their local knowledge for the doubtful traveller is servings to none. The rooms are very good with full fridge, cable TV and a very hot shower. With two pools, restaurant and breakfast area you are well catered for. This is a great place for family's with a variety of room types. As it is just off the main road, outside the entry there are several local restaurants that cater for all tastes, local laundry houses, a currency changer, seven eleven, hairdresser and even a tailor. Within walking distance of night spots, markets and several key tourist attractions, (although the concierge will organize a taxi or tuk-tuk, quoting you a price as well), I think this place could be a hidden gem.
