  Incredibly friendly and helpful owner, central location and cheap to stay. Easily the best place in Chiang Mai to stay if you're travelling as a pair, price works out at around $5 each a night. Each room has its' own en suite, tv, ac unit and refrigerator. Allan the owner was very knowledgeable about all the local tours and activities on offer.

  Wonderful place to stay. It is close to everything. They book trips right at the desk. Very good English and super helpful to travelers.

  We stayed in Northern Thailand for two weeks and this was our favorite place to stay. Great location, great price and great staff. Allan, the owner of the guesthouse, is an incredible human with a great sense of humor. Hot showers that stayed hot. It's about a 30 second walk to the Saturday Night Market as well. Allan and his staff accommodated us beyond our expectations.

  Really chill place. The owner, Allan, is a super friendly and calm guy. He gave us honest advices of what to do and see. Also, he pointed out the attractions and activities that are overrated so we didn't waste our time and money. The best thing is, he gave us detail information such as the price for renting a motorbike so we didn't get ripped off. Last but not least, the tour he recommended is cheaper than another where else! Would recommend people to stay here!
