  I enjoyed noble place. The rooms are JUST OK. However, the location is good. It is right in front of the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar which is a major attraction in Chiang Mai. This hotel is also near MANY restaurants...Burger King, McDonalds, The Dukes, local restaurants...etc. The bathrooms inside of the rooms are questionable are clean for the most part however they are dimly lit. The hotel staff is AWESOME. I have stayed here about 5-6 times and they are ALWAYS NICE and KIND. I would certainly recommend this place.

  Definitely the type of hotel where you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay that is close to the airport and across the road from a major shopping centre then this is a good place to stay. Maybe not the place to stay if you want to spend time in the touristy "old town" part of Chiang Mai. Rooms are clean and tidy but nothing startling.

  They have a decent breakfast for an extra 100 Baht per person. Breakfast is indoors with fans to include eggs, fried rice, juices, coffee, toast, fruit, vegetables, soup, etc. It's located directly across from the massive Airport Mall (6 lanes with island.) That's all that I can say is going for them. The bathrooms are open-air with a shared maintenance shaft, so you can hear into other people's rooms. Heard a girl moaning every couple hours, so you know what that means. Open air bathroom does have a mesh over it, but that doesn't stop the waves of gnats and small ants from flooding the room. Rooms have that card slot to turn on power. If no card, flashes red. If card inserted, flashes blue. It's like sleeping in a disco when that bright blue light flashes every 2 seconds all night long. Front desk said it was normal, so we had to cover it with a towel. TV channels were finicky, requiring changing the region settings while on the channel if we wanted sound and full color. They do have a lift, but it's up a half flight of dangerously short stairs that we had to walk sideways. After you get off the lift, another half flight of stairs. Hurt my hand once catching the wooden rails. Two splinters. Nice. They don't air condition outside of the rooms, so they open breezeways and fire exits. The fire escape from the second floor doesn't exist. It's a two story drop from a concrete balcony into vegetation or onto a concrete wall. The Noble group of hotels seems to only have one or two vans to shuttle you to only the airport, so you may need to wait in the lobby for an extra 10 minutes as they drive one over. Ask early before you bring your bags down.
