Cool place but don't expect to use the 'free' WiFi at the coffee shop. Doesn't even work and the coffee prices are expensive.

We visited Naiipa Art hoping to see or make some art but could not find any. It appears to be a good place to have a coffee and read a book. This place could be a nicer tourist attraction. Maybe someone from Naiipa will read this post and offer some type of 1 or 2 hour painting, basket weaving, pottery or glass classes. They need signs and promotion of what people can do there.

Nice but can't walk around and the pictures look better than the actual place

Was very excited when I read about the story behind this place, because of the location is not ideal for retail as it is not on the main road. However, because it's set off from the road a bit, the air quality is much better and you can feel like you are in a little forested community mall. The reflective glass brilliantly reflects the natural environment around as well as the black colored building makes you forget you are in built environment. Unfortunately, there aren't many vendors here so don't plan on staying long unless you are going to the spa or the co-working space. I would like to see more art gallery exhibitions so I will have more reason to come here.
