  Good equipment, air conditioning, good staff. Also, free towels and bananas included for all visitors.

  Running machines and the gym machines is a old and outdated, and there is not enough weight on most of the machines. The bench press and squat rack is good but the weight bars is very unorganized with a mixture of pounds and kilo spread all over the gym, but the biggest minus is that leather belts for squat and deadlift is not available to loan it has to be bought. Belt for weighted dips can be borrowed but is very poor quality.

  Relatively expensive gym full of cheap blue light (not ideal for evening workouts if you’re planning on sleeping at night). Also pounds and kilograms are mixed throughout the entire gym so bring a phone / calculator if you track your weights. Asked about this to the lady who works there after she came to me telling me to put the weights back in the middle of a benching set (while I was the only one there) but she has no idea what pounds and kgs are. Only paid water available. Was asked to pay, no option was given for the free day trial until I brought up it was stated on the website. However a lot of space and solid equipment. They also provide clean towels and a free banana. Lots of supplements available. Seems like a good clean gym overall.

  Place to avoid . Zero in all points. There is much better as a gym in the area .

  Website offers a sign up bonus. When you get there the promotion 'finished' then after showing it is still on their website, they have 'run out' of the 5 different options. What a con! - To your reply: WHAT A JOKE!!! I came in just yesterday and the 2 ladies at the front desk said no free gifts. Promotion finished. You are the liar or perhaps your staff are!! Ask them...I was there to buy a 3 month membership & a 5lb NAR Labs Lean Whey Complex. When I said that isn't fair they said 'sorry, no free gift, all finished!' I don't like being ripped off so I stormed out. Check your cameras if you don't believe me!!! How rude!
