  Heres my review/experience: Asked if they had a piece in stock.. Said they didnt so they put an order on it.... Later as we were leaving they said they were out of the color of our car and we would have to pay them extra to paint it and they told us "We will call when everything is ready".... Got the call and went and they came out with a non painted completely wrong color.... I asked them when they can finish the paint job by... They said in the afternoon.... I was oblivious cause i knew that no freaking paint in the world drys that fast.... I just told them i had no time and I would come back tomorrow... So the next day (my third visit) they come out and tell me it will be done in 20 minutes so I waited..... After a 35 ~ 40 minute wait they come out and the desk guy is fitting the piece I requested on.... I could tell it was his first time because he was struggling.... After holding my breath and hoping he doesnt break it, I go to the receptionist and ask for my bill.....after a 10~ 15 minutes of her looking blanky at the screen picking up one call she decides to print my bill and after all that...I looked at the bill and they had hidden charges.... I wad stunned.... I just wanted to leave and never come back... And on top of that, since they cant add it on a official reciept that they had to paint it seperately, they gave me a hand written bill of 500.... It may be me but I couldnt care less if I was at a local car shop but this is a official mitsubishi dealer/service shop! If I was to summarize: - Slow - No stock on hand - Cant meet deadlines - Inconsistency in service - No customer service mind set - Many hidden charges (first time having hidden charges at an official dealership) If you still want to head here just make sure you dont have any meetings or an appointment cause they will chew through your hours making you wait... But from my experience I can clearly say I would never recommend this place unless all the other shops are closed (Highly unlikely)
